To place an order, please send an e-mail to info@snowfox.se detailing what you want to order! For any kind of commission, please include textual descriptions in the e-mail body. Feel free to use picture references, but please don't attach them to the mail - upload them somewhere and link to them instead. For print orders, list which prints you want by file name, and if you want more than one of any picture.
Shipping costs are not included in the prices above, and will be given in your order confirmation. Your items will be packed as safely as possible, to make sure the post office has to put an effort into breaking them. PayPal is the preferred method of payment for international orders, except for items of erotic or other adult nature, which is against their terms of service. For these orders, please use Western Union Money Transfer or send an email to discuss the possibility of payment by barter.
After you've placed an order, in most cases after only one or two days, you'll receive a reply confirming that your order was received. It will also state the final cost, including shipping, and further payment details. If you've ordered a commission, it will also state approximately how long after payment has arrived that you'll get to see a WIP sketch. This is your last chance to change anything. Once inking and coloring is underway, it'll be too late. For badges and user icons, this step is omitted.
When your items have been finished, they will be packaged and shipped to you. Print orders will be put together and shipped after payment is confirmed. You'll get a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order is on its way. User icons are delivered by e-mail as .jpg or .png files at your discretion.
